The 70th Goldbar Group has invited us to their December 8th, Family sleigh/wagon ride at Fort Edmonton. Please meet at Fort Edmonton Park at the Pound Picnic site at approximately 6:30. Parking is available right beside the Fort, the parking lot beside the 1846 Clerks Quarters. We will have 2 wagons running from 7 til 8 and a fire from 7 til 9. Please bring a dozen cookies or other baking and a travel mug. We will provide hot chocolate and coffee. This is a family event; everyone is welcome. Don't forget to dress for the weather.
The Wolf Cub program is designed to interest children in grades 3 to 5. Cubbing allows children to work in small groups called sixes to complete projects. Individual achievement is recognized through simple awards called badges and stars. This program is designed to match the vivid imagination of the members. Cubs learn to "DO THEIR BEST" through encouragement and support to try new skills. Our Group meets every Wednesday from Sept to April at the Parkallen School starting at 6:30 PM.

Popcorn has arrived! Hawkeye will have your orders Wednesday night at the pool. Popcorn can also be picked up on Dec. 2 at our Christmas Party at Parkallen School. This Popcorn looks extra yummy and may not last till December 2nd.

Cub Motto
Do Your Best (DYB)
Don't forget, we'll be working on the family helper badge (page 196 in your books) over the next couple of weeks.
Until Wednesday,

The Scout Popcorn is not a mandatory fundraiser for our group but Scouts Canada does have badges and prizes for children to earn and we give out Scout Bucks that can be redeemed at the Scout Shop.
Finally, we are always looking for parent volunteers to help out with our program either as a Parent Helper, member of our group committee or as a section leader.
