Since the weather is getting warmer we will be meeting at the Millwoods Park (2730 - 66 Street) at 6:30 PM on December 1st, for some tobogganing fun. Please dress for the weather and bring a helmet. See all you there.

Cub Swim

Hey there Cubs!

This Wednesday we will be going swimming at Scona Pool (10450 72 Avenue, shares a common entrance with Strathcona High School). We will meet at the pool entrance (inside Scona High School and downstairs) at 6:30pm. Parents are welcome to join us at a cost of $5.50.

Last Meeting at the School

This is our last regular meeting at the Parkallen School for 2010. We are still meeting every Wednesday away from the School until December 8th.

The Cubs will be working on the Hiking Badge this week. To earn this badge you first must pass Rikki's hiking course. Please dress for the weather.

Remembrance Day

Since we will be participating in the Remembrance Day Parade at the U of A Butterdome we will not be meeting on Wednesday this week.

More Badge Testing and Investitures

Happy Halloween everyone. We will be testing for badges and investing the last of the new cubs into our group plus getting ready to march in the Remembrance Day Parade at the University of Alberta Butterdome. Please note we are moving the meeting from November 1oth to November 11th. I look forward to seeing everyone on November 3rd at the Parkallen School Gym.

Halloween Party

Be prepared to have fun this October 27th. We will be having out annual Halloween Party at the Parkallen School. The will be games, haunted house and scary stories. Please dress up in full costume.

Investiture Night October 20th

Cubs will be meeting at Emily Murphy Park on October 20th at 6:30 PM. Please dress for the weather and wear good shoes for hiking. We will be investing all our new tender pads (new cubs) into our pack.
