Cub Investiture Prep (Oct 18th)

Cubs will be meeting at the Parkallen school this week.  Our investiture ceremony is coming up fast and we will need to review the Cub Scout Law, Motto and Promise and what they mean to you.

Cubs Annual Fall Nature Walk (Oct 11th)

Cubs will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week to take part in our annual Fall Nature Walk through the Parkallen Neighbourhood. We will be delivering flyers for our upcoming Bottle Drive / Food Bank Drive taking place on October 14th. Please dress in uniform and dress for the weather.

Cubs Fall Camp Prep (Sep 27th)

Cubs will be meeting at the Parkallen School this week.  We will be finishing up our discussion on activities and what we need to bring to camp.

Nature Walk - Cubs (Sep 20th)

Will be meeting in the river valley for a nature walk, followed by a fire with hot chocolate & snacks. 

 

There is a forecast of possible rain, so please dress appropriately for the weather.

Cubs First Meeting of the 2017/2018 Year (Sep 13th)

It is a new year to bring on the adventure.  Cubs will have their first meeting on September 6th.


Our Pack is working on the following Canadian Path Skills this 2017/2018 Scout Year:

- Vertical Skills
- Paddle Skills
- Scout Craft Skills (Outdoor Skills)

Cubs Holiday Party (Dec 21st)

Just a reminder that we will be celebrating the festive season this Wednesday at St. Basil’s Cultural Centre (10819 71 Ave. – the same place we had our Halloween party). We understand that this week is a busy one for school holiday concerts, and will certainly understand if you cannot make it. For those who can come, we have planned a fun evening of crafts, treats, seasonal-themed games and holiday singing. Parents, feel free to join us for a holiday singalong at about 7:40 p.m. as we close out the year in style.

Cub Skate (Dec 7th)

We will be meeting at the George S. Hughes Arena at 10525-72 Ave. we will be there for public skate from 6:30 to 7:30. To maximize the skate time feel free to show up before 6:30 to put your skates on.
